WINTER INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS' FORUM
The Winter International Projects’ Forum (wIPF) is a biannual event organized by BEST which brings together students from universities all over Europe with a common goal: to coordinate, develop and follow up on projects of international scope within the BEST network.
In the 2026 edition, BEST Valencia will have the honor of hosting the event from 19 to 25 February, receiving between 80 and 120 international participants, along with the main representatives and coordinators of projects of the association.
The wIPF acts as a point of strategic meeting where new initiatives are launched, ongoing projects reviewed and key decisions, that will set the course of BEST in the coming years, taken.

The wIPF has a direct influence on projects that affect thousands of college students throughout Europe, ensuring quality, continuity and growth.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE WEEK
The week will begin officially on Thursday, February 19th at the Universitat Politècnica de València, with the opening of the event and the celebration of the BEST Conference Day. This day connects international students with partner companies, creating a space to share ideas, experiences, and opportunities for joint growth.
After this start, the participants will move to the Hostel El Teularet, where the core of the forum will take place. During the following days work sessions, workshops, coordination meetings and strategic planning will be held, all of them focused on strengthening the international projects of BEST.
BEYOND THE PROJECTS
Although the Winter International Projects’ Forum focuses primarily on strategic and formative goals, the experience goes beyond the work on projects. The wIPF is also a space to create real bonds between students of different countries, to share cultures and strengthen the sense of belonging to a european network.
During the week, working sessions and social and cultural activities are combinedm, allowing participants to get to know Valencia, its environment and its lifestyle. These informal moments are key to foster trust, collaboration and the exchange of ideas which are then reflected in projects of a more solid and long-lasting foundation.
The wIPF not only promotes international initiatives, but also leaves a footprint on a personal level in those participating, creating memories, friendships and connections that last beyond the event.
