As Main Organisers, Julia and Irene guide strategy, structure the program, and support the team. Their role is to turn plans into action and create an event that feels organized, engaging, and purposeful.

Logistics Resposible
Lorena and Antonio ensure that venues, schedules and resources are all in place. They coordinate spaces, transport and purchases and manage the budget so the event runs efficiently and on time.

Jose Luis Martínez
Food Responsible
Jose Luis plans a balanced, cost-efficient menu and oversees preparation, timing and service. From lunch to coffee breaks, he coordinates suppliers and logistics to guarantee quality, safety and a smooth dining experience throughout the event.
Alba Mateos López
Social Responsible
Alba designs the cultural and networking experiences that connect participants and partners. She plans, briefs volunteers, and oversees activities to make sure every moment is engaging, organized and aligned with the spirit of the event.
Álvaro Fernández
PAX Responsible
Álvaro’s lead ensures clear communication and smooth coordination with all attendees. He manages key information, supports documentation needs, and works to create an inclusive, well-organized experience during the event.
Ana Verdú
Boardie Responsible
Ana provides strategic oversight across the event. She supports decision-making, ensures alignment with BEST standards, and helps the team stay focused on impact, quality and long-term sustainability.

Marcos leads relationships with external stakeholders at a broader level: universities, organizations, networks and public institutions. He represents the event, fosters alliances, and opens doors to new opportunities for collaboration and visibility.

Our CR, Óscar, networks and maintains relationships with companies and institutional partners. He identifies collaboration opportunities, manages sponsorships, and creates favourable projects that connect business objectives with meaningful social impact.
